REVIEW [excerpt]: Blink-182's rebel yell rocks The Woodlands

"...My Chemical Romance quickly ascended the emo-punk ranks of New Jersey to become alternative radio staples. While both bands sonically differ, the pairing made sense; two bands with roots in their respective scenes achieving much higher aspirations.

My Chemical Romance, whose flare for the theatrics was a saving grace from an average showing, took the stage in Halloween costumes and dove right in with their catchier songs Na Na Na and I’m Not Okay ."
